1. General provisions
The terms and conditions that apply to the online purchase from the www.mag-parfums.ro site determine the conditions and specify the rights and obligations of the seller (the distributor) and of the buyer (the customer, the consumer). The seller and operator of the online operations is ADDA SHOP INFINITY S.R.L., in Calea 13 Septembrie, no. 206D, ground floor, sect.5, Bucharest, fiscal code: RO 30774712, registered in the Bucharest Trade Registry under no. J40 / 8493 / 07.05.2013. For contact information, please refer to the "Contact" section of this site (this section is part of the present terms and conditions).
The relationship between the parties is governed by the following normative acts:
• Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection
• Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals
• Law no. 363/2007 on combating the incorrect practices of traders in relation to consumers and harmonizing the regulations with the European legislation on consumer protection
• Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce.
• Seller (distributor) - a person who, in accordance with the terms and conditions present, offers the product to the consumer. Is any natural or legal person, whether public or private, acting in the course of his commercial, industrial or production, craft or liberal activity in connection with contracts falling under the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, as well as any person acting for the same purpose in his or her name.
• Consumers (buyers) - any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations, which, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, acts for purposes other than its commercial, industrial or production, craft or liberal activity.
• Order processing - Buyer's order is an act with legal effects, subject to confirmation and acceptance of the order by the seller. From the moment of acceptance of the order by the seller and acceptance of the buyer's acceptance of the order, a series of rights and obligations are generated between the parties between the parties.
• Terms and conditions - agreement between the seller and the buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions shown in this section. The buyer accepts the terms established at the time the order is sent, the order that generates legal effects from the moment of confirmation and acceptance of the order by the seller. The Buyer undertakes to acknowledge the present conditions, which he / she is deemed to have accepted since the order was sent to the seller.
3. Product characteristics
Buyer can select one or more products from the different categories listed on the Mag-Parfums Site.
ADDA Shop may at any time modify the range of products marketed on its Site, in particular, depending on the constraints of its suppliers, without affecting any of the Purchase Order already made by Buyer. The Buyer may, prior to placing the Order, inform the Mag-Parfums site of the essential characteristics of the product (s) he / she wishes to order. The buyer can place orders by adding the product (s) to the shopping cart, followed by the steps of selecting the payment method and entering the contact and delivery details. Adding a product to your shopping cart in the absence of order completion does not entail the registration of an order and, implicitly, the automatic reservation of the product.
By completing the order the buyer agrees that all the data provided, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete and true.
From the moment the Buyer confirms the order by clicking on the "Validate Payment" button (hereinafter referred to as the "Order"), he is deemed to have acknowledged the content and conditions of the Order and, in particular, the Terms and Conditions of Sale , The fact that the Order implies a payment obligation on its part, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery term of products marketed and ordered by the Buyer.
The order will be confirmed by ADDA Shop by submitting an electronic Buyer's Information (the "Order Confirmation Email"), and the order will also be confirmed by an ADDA Shop operator.
ADDA Shop will be entitled to charge the total price of the Order:
- for payments made under Article 7 below: immediately after the electronic message has been sent to inform the Buyer of the sending of its Order;
- for payments made in the system: when delivering the package, ADDA Shop has the right to refuse delivery of the package if the Buyer does not pay the price of the ordered products.
Therefore, in the event of an error in mentioning the electronic mail address or not receiving the electronic message to confirm the Order, ADDA Shop will not be held liable. In this case, the sale will be considered final, except for the cancellation of the Order by ADDA Shop, in particular for the unavailability of the products under the conditions outlined above. However, Buyer will be able to exercise his right of withdrawal under the terms of Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Finally, ADDA Shop reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution of any Order and / or Deliverables, regardless of the nature or stage of its execution, in case of non-payment or partial payment of any amounts due by Buyer in the event of a payment incident or Fraudulent or attempted fraud in connection with the use of the Mag- Parfums Site, including previous Orders.
5. Processing orders
Once you have registered your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation reply by e-mail. Orders received until 12 o'clock are usually processed on the same day or the next business day. The products are usually delivered within 1-3 business days by express courier services, respectively within 3-4 business days by the Romanian Post Office. Although 98% of the products are always in stock, the delivery time may exceptionally be prolonged.
Products ordered by the Buyer in accordance with these TCVs will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer as the delivery address for that Order ("Delivery Address").
ADDA Shop delivers all over Romania.
Acquisition bills are transmitted by electronic mail to the electronic mail address indicated by the Buyer at the time of his registration on the Site www.mag-parfums.ro or in paper format, together with the Order.
From respect for our customers and for the smooth delivery of orders and deliveries, our company will apply the following terms of delivery and the conditions arising from them.
The delivery services are provided by the prestigious courier company: Urgent Cargus, only in the areas covered by its services. The shipping charges are as follows: 16 lei for deliveries in Bucharest and 20 lei for other areas of the country. For orders with a value equal to or above 500 lei, the buyer benefits from free delivery.
www.mag-parfums.ro does not guarantee the stock availability of the products present on the site, which is why the Company reserves the right not to deliver them in the conditions in which the products in question are no longer listed in the current offer of the supplier or are not available from Other reasons (lack of stock, limited edition, etc.)

7. Payment Methods

All Orders are payable in RON, with all taxes and mandatory contributions included.

The return costs will be borne by the customer, and the reimbursement of the product's consideration will be made no more than 30 days after the return.
If the product is returned to a state in which it can no longer be sold as a new one, we reserve the right to charge a refund for the initial stage (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale of the product as second -hand or, at the customer's option, we will resell the product at its expense. This clause applies to O.G. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques.
9. Return policy
Within 30 days of delivery of the product, it can be returned only if it is in perfect condition, including packaging, ie not showing any signs of wear or consumption, being unpacked or sealed. Only in certain situations that depend solely on the Seller's decision, we accept the return of the products if they have been used only once or show low wear marks. In such cases, the Seller will check the product and determine the amount to be returned to the Buyer.
Products can only be returned via Urgent Cargus and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products and you are only responsible for diminishing the value of products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, quality and performance of the products.
Depending on the status of the returned product, it will be decided whether the refund can be accepted.
Can not Return:
- Products ordered expressly at the request of the buyer and not part of the stock at the time of the order;
- products which do not have the original packaging in which they were delivered;
- products that do not have the guarantee certificate anymore (if applicable);
- products that have the damaged identification label.
In this case, the money reimbursement policy will not be applied, and the product will be shipped to the buyer at its expense (delivery with reimbursement).
We reserve the right to refuse to accept return in the event of abuses (repeated returns).
Return rights are not granted to special products if they have been manufactured or modified in accordance with the buyer's specific orders.
Product returns sent after the expiration date are not accepted.

10. Withdrawal form

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
10. Warranty and Complaints
All products marketed on the Mag-Parfums Site benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance (as defined by Law 449/2003 on the sale of products and the associated guarantees) that give the Buyer the possibility to return defective or non-conforming products delivered to him.
The company grants a guarantee for all products marketed provided the defects of the delivered products are due to manufacturing errors or material deficiency.
Exemption from the application of the warranty is the failure of defective products due to inappropriate use, in breach of the use instructions; Products that have been modified by Buyer.
The warranty will not refer to apparent defects. The warranty will not cover damaged products during transportation or due to misuse.
Defects that fall under the guarantee - determined and evaluated by our company - will be corrected: the products will be replaced by a perfectly functional equivalent product. Ensuring warranty issues does not imply extending or renewing the warranty period for the product in question.
The warranty is calculated from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer and is 24 months.
A referral must be made by e-mail or telephone number specified in the "Contact" section of this site. The customer will be refunded the product's value in a bank account. The referral must include a description of the defect complained of and a copy of the invoice (or any other document proving the acquisition). Any referral will be processed without delay and the client will be informed of the findings. The return procedure will be sent to the client as soon as the notification has been received.
11. Prices and validity of the offer
All prices include VAT and are final. The prices are those from the date of ordering the products, regardless of any subsequent price changes.
